* SHIPPING & HANDLING
• Items are generally shipped out within 1 business day after payment has been verified (Business days does not include Saturday and Sunday).
• Your order will be shipped by US Postal Service (USPS).

- ITEMS ARE GENERALLY SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN VERIFIED (BUSINESS DAYS DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY & SUNDAY)
- SHIPPING FEE INCLUDES PACKING MATERIALS, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE
- OVERNIGHT / NEXT DAY SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE
- PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE

• Please notify us if you are planning to buy on more than 1 item.
• We will send you an updated invoice.
• Combined shipping discount: on each additional item is $0.99 within the U.S.; $0.99 for outside of USA.
* DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
• The shipping rate is based on total weight and handling fee.
* INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• The shipping rate will be calculated based on your location.
• The import duties taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Those charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE

* RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
• Return and exchange request is available only the buyer requests within 3 days after package delivered.
• Please return the condition of item as original as we sent you, and pack with the original packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for all the return shipping cost.
*REFUND
• We do not refund for a buyer's remorse.
• Item is refundable only if HaKikirika have wrongfully misrepresented an item.
• Initial shipping cost is not refundable.
• Once we received your return items, your refund will be processed through PayPal within 5 business days or Google Wallet.
